I founded and led Booking.com’s operations in Israel, managed a global travel-tech product, and led the complex technology project for The George Tel Aviv – a hotel and members’ club involving numerous systems, integrations, and workflows. This experience enables me to identify what truly fits an organization, what is feasible in practice, and what can generate long-term business value.
With extensive experience in product management and hospitality technology, I bring a unique combination of commercial perspective, systems thinking, and deep familiarity with the operational reality of hotels.
I start by understanding the goals and challenges, assessing the current state, identifying gaps and opportunities, and shaping a clear course of action. Throughout the process, I connect operational needs with management priorities to ensure that the decisions made strengthen performance, improve the guest experience, and support growth.
Three decades of experience across every layer of the hospitality industry – from operations and service, through distribution and revenue management, to building technology products, systems, and integrations. This experience allows me to understand not only what each system is capable of, but how it actually affects performance, the quality of the teams’ day-to-day work, the guest experience, and the organization’s ability to operate efficiently and in sync.
